In this lates episode of coronation street in 2013 shows that the colour of the screen is a lot more vibrant and bright than the last two clips. The brighter colour of the scene shows a happier feel to the show. The mis-en-scene has improved since this looks a lot more glamour than the last two clips. The houses are still close together but with the decoration with the set looks a large amount of space. The characters in the soaps looks average with the uniform such as wearing aprons in the soaps. The shots have improvement in the soaps as well with having a variety of shots such as wide shots, close up shots, medium shots, over the shoulder shots and many more. These shots are all creating attention. Also because there is a lot more characters then there is used to be due to bigger and wide range of audience, they shows more shots.
T|he titles in the beginning has a smaller font but the colour is much more vibrant and also the background is faded so you can see the font is more recognisable. This creates a positive mood for the audience. They use CGI shows the changes in styles for soaps. They still have thing which still representative coronation street as it is such as old chimneys and roof tops. But they have modern furniture to show the soap has changed. Since the audience is changing so that its not only just females audience who coronation they also have a younger audience. This means that they have a younger cast to explore a wider storyline but there is a mainly a female based audience.
The cast are changing , they are adding more characters with different cultures and adding more black cast characters, which in the two episodes they did not have. This shows the changes in styles in soaps because they never would have these characters epically in the last two clips. Also the storyline is improving since the last two videos would not be able to explore these issues as they do now such as violence, crimes and family related issues and many more. In the episode shows the job roles and places being represented by working class. These are Pubs, caf'e and chip shops.
The content of the soap shows the storyline of the burnt place of the pub in the rovers and the aftermath of the situation and how it affect ed the family. This is more issues that people deal with such as vandalisation and fire. in 2010 dept of feel is used to create a style of image with the production value of big budget of commerical. The camera tilt and pans up along a diagonal line. the distance covers suggests a gib feel. We dissolve into a new movement where the banister head in the bottom left of the screen become the top of the red post box via a pocket match and things are out of focus creating a soft muted affected in the back ground where we see the colours of flowers. then we crane up and across the roof to catch a cat jumping down and finally up to the beginning of the rovers return. shop sign in focus in the near group and gradually moving a dynamic diagonal into the far ground and finally through a transition to a pigeons flying to the rooftop. the final frae is the titles against rooftops with a sun rise in the background silloeting. This intro is very styled it could a commercial for chocolate or high end furniture and in fact cadburys had sponsored the programme until 2006 and Harvey's had token over in 2007. in the 2013 intro we return to a simple programme title against a snapshot of a street depth of feel is used make the street sign in focus and out of fous. but we have lost the high production commercial sequence in 2010 in favour of a very simple title screen reminiscent of the very first 1960 episodes. style here is being used two create a sense alostatgia.

But nowadays shows both of the could feeding the baby. The links to another crying to fight for the babies because of the social service taking them away. It links between the the family being happy then links to a family who is fighting for their children.Then it shows the storyline of storyline of a lady trying to get her kids back. In the early storyline there wouldn't be storyline of these of family difficulties.
The story content in 2013 shows a heated argument btween two people because they haven't paid for the persons wages. This has caused so much tension. Also shows the storlyline a girls being a surrogate of the couple baby. They were having a conversation with the surrogate and the male of the couple talking about moving somewhere else because of the fire in the rovers. This shows the impact of after the fire. In those storyline it shows the family in those time wouldn't be considering the storyline.

This is one of the episode of coronation street in 1960's, as you can see the episode is black and white and the technology has not been developed. Although before the soap was heard on the radio so it has been improved. The lighting og the episode has dark tone and shadows. This shows that this is very low key because of this. The episode does not have rich qualities due to lack of mis-en-scene and doesn't create attraction for the audience epically nowadays because of the white and black screen. The sound of the episode also didn't attract attention because the sound had not been developed. The sound was very noisy; however in the 2013 episode of coronation street shows silence to develop tension and attract attention. But technology has developed as you see in the next tow clips of coronation street. the cultural idemtiy in this soap is that no one would even consider being friends with a black person or anyone who isn't a white person. They wouldn't have even consider this race and they wouldn't have even consider the race. The content of the storyline shows the class system of higher class couple intimidating the a female shop worker.
The storyline shows how female are working spically in this period since the period is after the war period and the females are starting working. The main storyline was the class system and how a work class is different in the higher class. It shows this action in the media on how they treat the workers in the shop. They high class couple are very posh wearing expensive clothes with high heels. This storyline is showing how status is shown in the show. The show definitely shows the difference in class. this is about the law being broken and taken very seriously. Its very dry but its important at that time since the culture a law abiding citezens. Affects the time of abiding the law. It has real respect of the law and the female is respect and worry her name is on paper and dont want a bad representation. in those time it seems bad if they ever had their name on a paper with a name. It has a bleake storyline. The police investigating to minor enquries to what its done now. although in interior scenes the lighting often seems to have more dark tones and shadows in these early episode it was a consistent features and reflects the more basic light technology being used more than a specific stylistic approach. if we can compare light in the early episode to the contemporary episode of coronation street street, this distinguish between technology and style becomes more apperant. In todays episodes low key light is used very deliberately in scenes to create a sinister or ominous or unsettling mood or tone. one thing that is very apparent in the 1960 episode is the absolute lack of representation of any other ethnic group apart from the white male and femalewe get a granado logo of a simple black text on the screen which wobles in the frames. In this episode of coronation street in the 1980's shows that the technology has changed increasingly over the years. As you can see the episode its not black and white and still the colour is not its high quality in the 2013 episode of coronation street. The colour are quite dull and boring; they have a lot of grey and blue. Even though the technology is developing, you can still see similarities as the first episode. For example there they still have the houses close together. The episode shows poverty and the environment. The cat in the in the episode shows a lonely status. the titles in the intro is very large so its well known. The trees in the episode shows represents in the episode the people in poverty and rising out and that they are starting to grow with life. The mis-en-scene of the brown houses and the musty walls shows poverty.
As the shows moves you can see that the technology is improving since there is scene where suspense is building and the they are creating attention. Also you can see in this episode that there is a lot more females in this episode since females in those times were the main audience watching coronation. It shows a lot of irony as the men are the head of the house and have the leadership roles whereas in this episode shows where the lady is having a go at the mean telling him she wants know trouble in her house in christmas day.
